What SoundFiles are available? All of our files for both metal and nano glass are available for custom engraving.

What are the file requirements? Please provide a black and white version of your artwork! The logo should be black with the background in white. We accept artwork files of the following formats:
JPEG, PNG or SVG.

How long will my custom engraving take? Most custom orders are shipped within two days of artwork approval. When we receive your artwork, you will receive an email with a link showing your custom name, logo or expression for your approval.

Can I get a discount price for bulk custom engravings? Yes, send us an email with your custom request.

How do I start the process? Simply send us an email explaining the quantity you are interested in along with a high resolution file to: support@thesoundfile.com 

How much does it cost? $17.50 USD per SoundFile in addition to your order.
