Indian Rosewood Is one of the most popular rosewoods in all the dalbergia species for making guitars and other musical instruments. It is mainly grown in India, Sri Lanka and Indonesia. The colors range from chocolate brown, to purple to hints of grey while sometimes sporting dark black steaks known as spidering. It is a desirable tone wood for luthiers that you can now have on your SoundFile® to shape your nails for a most desired tone.
